If you material is selected we will send you a simple agreement that will give details of percentage royalties etc. We will not release anything until we receive your signed copy of this agreement.

We are getting it checked by the UK Musicians Union lawyers, as we want to give a deal that is fair on you, and fair on us.

It differs from conventional record contracts in that we require the right to release some named songs on a CD and publish the lyrics, rather than get you to sign a contract that restricts you to releasing all your material through us.
